We are seeking a Product Communications Coordinator to manage and execute strategic communication efforts for product launches, updates, and lifecycle support. This role requires a detail-oriented communicator who can collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all product-related channels and materials.
Responsibilities
Develop and coordinate product communication plans for internal and external stakeholders
Collaborate with product managers, marketing, and technical teams to create clear messaging around product features and updates
Write and edit product briefs, FAQs, manuals, and other related materials
Support the execution of product launches, campaigns, and training documentation
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies and adjust as needed
Ensure consistency in tone, terminology, and style across all product content
Maintain documentation and version control of all product communication assets
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field
2+ years of experience in product communications, technical writing, or marketing coordination
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with excellent attention to detail
Ability to translate technical concepts into user-friendly language
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with content management systems is a plus
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
