Job Description

We are seeking a Product Communications Coordinator to manage and execute strategic communication efforts for product launches, updates, and lifecycle support. This role requires a detail-oriented communicator who can collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all product-related channels and materials.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate product communication plans for internal and external stakeholders

• Collaborate with product managers, marketing, and technical teams to create clear messaging around product features and updates

• Write and edit product briefs, FAQs, manuals, and other related materials

• Support the execution of product launches, campaigns, and training documentation

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies and adjust as needed

• Ensure consistency in tone, terminology, and style across all product content

• Maintain documentation and version control of all product communication assets

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field

• 2+ years of experience in product communications, technical writing, or marketing coordination

• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with excellent attention to detail

• Ability to translate technical concepts into user-friendly language

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with content management systems is a plus

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
