We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Representative to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. In this role, you will work closely with the Account Management team to support client accounts, manage communications, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This position is ideal for individuals eager to grow in a fast-paced and client-focused environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Account Managers in maintaining strong client relationships

  • Communicate with clients to address questions, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction

  • Support in preparing reports, proposals, and account updates

  • Track project timelines and coordinate with internal departments

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account details

  • Monitor account performance metrics and suggest improvements

  • Attend team meetings and contribute to process enhancement initiatives

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field

  • 0–2 years of experience in client service, account coordination, or administrative support

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks under tight deadlines

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • A proactive mindset and willingness to learn and grow
