We are looking for a Communications Coordinator to support our internal and external communications efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of language, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple communication projects simultaneously. This role is essential in ensuring consistent and effective messaging across all departments and client initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and distribute internal memos, press releases, reports, and presentations

  • Coordinate the planning and execution of corporate events and meetings

  • Assist in drafting and proofreading communication materials for clients and partners

  • Maintain up-to-date content across communication platforms (excluding social media)

  • Support crisis communication strategies when needed

  • Track and report on the performance of communication campaigns

  • Ensure brand consistency and compliance with company communication guidelines

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in a communications or administrative role

  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and communication tools such as email platforms and internal messaging systems

  • Professional demeanor and a proactive approach to problem-solving
