Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and articulate Communications Representative to join our team in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring effective internal and external communication across various departments, crafting clear messaging, and supporting branding initiatives. This role requires excellent verbal and written communication skills and a passion for delivering strategic messages that align with company goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop, edit, and distribute internal and external communications

• Collaborate with departments to gather and share relevant updates

• Draft press releases, newsletters, reports, and formal communications

• Assist in organizing company meetings, events, and presentations

• Ensure brand consistency across all communications

• Monitor and report on communication effectiveness and suggest improvements

• Support crisis communication planning and execution

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, English, or related field

• 1–3 years of experience in a communications or administrative role

• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

• High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
