We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Client Experience Coordinator to join our growing team in Boston, MA. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring that every interaction is smooth, professional, and memorable. You will work cross-functionally with internal teams to support client needs and contribute to the overall client satisfaction strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and communications

  • Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of client requests or concerns

  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new clients

  • Monitor client satisfaction and implement improvement strategies

  • Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and maintaining CRM systems

  • Collaborate with account managers and service teams to ensure seamless service delivery

  • Generate and maintain client feedback reports and performance metrics

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field

  • 2+ years of experience in a client-facing or administrative role

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM platforms
