We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Account Manager Liaison to join our Boston team. This role acts as a critical link between our clients and internal departments, ensuring smooth communication, timely project execution, and exceptional service delivery. Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams

  • Coordinate account activities, including project timelines, updates, and deliverables

  • Monitor client satisfaction and implement feedback to improve service quality

  • Prepare and deliver regular performance reports and updates to stakeholders

  • Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to meet client needs

  • Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts

  • Resolve issues promptly and professionally to maintain strong client relationships

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards

Qualifications
