We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Support Assistant to join our team in New Orleans. This position plays a vital role in ensuring client satisfaction by providing timely, accurate, and friendly assistance to our customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a solutions-oriented mindset, and the ability to manage multiple support channels efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person

  • Identify and resolve client concerns effectively and professionally

  • Document interactions and maintain updated records in the support system

  • Assist with service requests, troubleshooting, and basic technical support

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth resolution of issues

  • Provide follow-up communication to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Maintain a high standard of professionalism and courtesy in all interactions

 

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)

  • Previous experience in customer support or administrative roles

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic CRM platforms

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail
