Reboot Staff is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations and ensure smooth internal coordination. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, well-organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role is essential in maintaining efficient workflows and supporting both management and staff.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organize appointments

  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations

  • Maintain organized filing systems and office records

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and physical mail

  • Assist with basic bookkeeping and invoice tracking

  • Coordinate office supplies and vendor communications

  • Support project management and internal communications

  • Assist in onboarding new employees and maintaining HR files

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)

  • 2+ years of administrative or clerical experience

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities

  • Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
