Reboot Staff is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations and ensure smooth internal coordination. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, well-organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role is essential in maintaining efficient workflows and supporting both management and staff.
Responsibilities
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organize appointments
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
Maintain organized filing systems and office records
Handle incoming calls, emails, and physical mail
Assist with basic bookkeeping and invoice tracking
Coordinate office supplies and vendor communications
Support project management and internal communications
Assist in onboarding new employees and maintaining HR files
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)
2+ years of administrative or clerical experience
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
