Hype Tier is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Account Representative to serve as the main point of contact for our clients. In this role, you will manage client accounts, ensure satisfaction, and act as a liaison between internal teams and customers. Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned client accounts

  • Understand client goals and align our services to meet their needs

  • Coordinate internal resources to ensure timely delivery of solutions

  • Monitor and track account performance, providing regular updates to clients

  • Resolve client issues quickly and efficiently while maintaining a high level of satisfaction

  • Identify opportunities to grow accounts and recommend enhancements

  • Maintain accurate records of client communications and service activities

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field

  • 1-3 years of experience in client services, account management, or customer relations

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines

  • Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving approach

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Experience in CRM systems is a plus
