We are looking for a motivated Sales Assistant to support our sales team and ensure the smooth execution of day-to-day operations. You will assist in managing customer accounts, preparing reports, and facilitating communication between clients and internal departments.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team

  • Manage and update customer accounts and sales records

  • Prepare sales presentations, reports, and proposals

  • Coordinate meetings, calls, and follow-ups with clients

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information

  • Monitor inventory and ensure timely order processing

  • Track sales performance and assist in forecasting activities

  • Assist with invoice preparation and internal coordination

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Previous experience in a sales support, customer service, or administrative role

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
