We are currently seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Cincinnati, OH. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely, accurate, and professional assistance. Your goal is to ensure every customer interaction reflects Beloform’s commitment to quality and care.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing systems in a professional and efficient manner
Resolve product or service issues by clarifying complaints and determining the cause of the problem
Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal departments when necessary
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and satisfaction is achieved
Identify recurring issues and provide feedback to improve processes and products
Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer experience
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a customer service or support role
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Proficient with computer systems, including CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
Detail-oriented, patient, and empathetic when dealing with customers
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
