Responsibilities
Identify and research potential clients and market opportunities
Reach out to prospects through calls, emails, and professional outreach
Schedule and participate in client meetings to understand their needs
Work closely with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and solutions
Maintain and update CRM systems with client interactions and progress
Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
Provide feedback and insights to help refine our business development strategies
Represent Beloform professionally at industry events and meetings
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
1-3 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive attitude
Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
