Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients and market opportunities

  • Reach out to prospects through calls, emails, and professional outreach

  • Schedule and participate in client meetings to understand their needs

  • Work closely with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and solutions

  • Maintain and update CRM systems with client interactions and progress

  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets

  • Provide feedback and insights to help refine our business development strategies

  • Represent Beloform professionally at industry events and meetings

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities

  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive attitude

  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
