Beloform is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Support Assistant to join our growing team in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring client satisfaction by delivering prompt, courteous, and effective support. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to resolving customer concerns.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and internal systems

  • Resolve customer issues accurately and efficiently, escalating when necessary

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers

  • Document interactions and resolutions in our CRM

  • Collaborate with internal departments to address client needs

  • Provide product/service information and guidance to customers

  • Identify and suggest improvements to the customer service process

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)

  • 1–2 years of experience in a customer support or administrative role

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
