We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Sales Assistant to support our sales team and contribute to the growth of our client base. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated to provide top-level support to ensure seamless sales operations and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and client documentation

  • Maintain and update customer records, sales reports, and databases

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls, and follow-ups with prospective clients

  • Respond to client inquiries and provide support throughout the sales process

  • Monitor inventory and order supplies for promotional and marketing materials

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction

  • Track sales performance metrics and help identify improvement opportunities

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred

  • 1+ years of experience in a sales support, administrative, or customer service role

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
