Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Communications Assistant to support our communications team in executing internal and external messaging strategies. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent written communication, and the ability to collaborate across departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in drafting and editing company communications, reports, and presentations

  • Coordinate scheduling and logistics for meetings, briefings, and public engagements

  • Maintain internal communication systems and databases

  • Support the development of marketing materials, press releases, and newsletters

  • Help monitor and prepare reports on communication campaigns and outreach effectiveness

  • Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all platforms

  • Handle administrative tasks related to the communications department

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, English, or a related field

  • 1-2 years of experience in a communications or administrative support role (internships count)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
