Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team in Raleigh, NC. Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels

• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities

• Support the development of marketing materials, presentations, and client proposals

• Coordinate and execute email marketing efforts and direct mail initiatives

• Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports on key metrics

• Collaborate with the recruitment and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activity

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

• 1-3 years of experience in a marketing or communications role

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel)

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Experience with marketing tools or CRM software is a plus
