We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our growing team in Charlotte. The Marketing Assistant will support daily marketing activities, assist in campaign execution, and help drive awareness of our brand and services. Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and strategies
Prepare promotional materials, proposals, and presentations
Conduct market research and analyze trends to support marketing objectives
Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics
Maintain organized records of marketing materials and content
Collaborate with the marketing and property management teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging
Support event coordination and internal communications
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
1+ years of experience in a marketing or administrative support role preferred
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Attention to detail and a proactive attitude
