We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support our growing sales team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about real estate and client service. You will play a key role in assisting with client communication, preparing documentation, and helping the team meet sales targets efficiently and professionally.
Responsibilities
Assist sales representatives with daily administrative tasks
Prepare contracts, proposals, and presentations for client meetings
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
Follow up with leads and schedule appointments as needed
Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and smooth transactions
Provide excellent customer service through email and phone communication
Monitor inventory and marketing materials for listing support
Help track team performance metrics and generate routine reports
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus
1+ year of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Detail-oriented and comfortable with data entry and documentation
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
