We are looking for a dedicated Customer Account Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their accounts are managed efficiently and with care. You’ll play a critical role in building and maintaining strong customer relationships, resolving inquiries, and supporting our property management operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of customer accounts with professionalism and attention to detail.

  • Handle client inquiries, billing concerns, and service requests promptly.

  • Maintain accurate records of client communications and account updates.

  • Assist with lease agreements, renewals, and payment tracking.

  • Work closely with property managers to ensure tenant satisfaction and retention.

  • Provide detailed reporting and updates to internal teams and stakeholders.

  • Resolve disputes and escalate complex issues when necessary.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer service, account management, or a related field.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/accounting software.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
