We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our executive leadership. The ideal candidate will handle a broad range of administrative and executive support tasks with professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail. This role is vital in maintaining efficient operations and supporting key business functions.
Responsibilities
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
Organize and prepare documents, reports, and presentations
Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and correspondence
Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reporting
Support internal communications and project follow-ups
Assist in meeting preparation and take detailed minutes
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Handle office logistics and liaise with internal departments
Qualifications
Qualifications
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
High level of discretion and professionalism
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Associate’s degree or higher preferred
