Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of our real estate and community-focused events. The ideal candidate will be passionate about event coordination, possess excellent organizational skills, and bring creativity and professionalism to every task. This role plays a key part in enhancing our brand presence and client relationships through in-person engagements.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and executing internal and external events, including open houses, community meetups, and corporate gatherings

  • Coordinate logistics such as venue setup, vendor communications, catering, and on-site support

  • Manage event timelines, budgets, and inventory of promotional materials

  • Handle event registrations, guest communication, and follow-up

  • Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align event goals with company strategy

  • Ensure events run smoothly and troubleshoot issues in real time

  • Prepare reports and feedback summaries post-events

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Communications, Business, or related field preferred

  • 1+ year of experience in event coordination, hospitality, or administrative support

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic project coordination tools
