We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of our real estate and community-focused events. The ideal candidate will be passionate about event coordination, possess excellent organizational skills, and bring creativity and professionalism to every task. This role plays a key part in enhancing our brand presence and client relationships through in-person engagements.
Responsibilities:
Assist in planning, organizing, and executing internal and external events, including open houses, community meetups, and corporate gatherings
Coordinate logistics such as venue setup, vendor communications, catering, and on-site support
Manage event timelines, budgets, and inventory of promotional materials
Handle event registrations, guest communication, and follow-up
Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align event goals with company strategy
Ensure events run smoothly and troubleshoot issues in real time
Prepare reports and feedback summaries post-events
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
1+ year of experience in event coordination, hospitality, or administrative support
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic project coordination tools
