We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Project Coordinator to join our team in Saint Louis, MO. The ideal candidate will support the planning, execution, and delivery of real estate projects by working closely with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure timelines and budgets are met. This role is key to maintaining the smooth operation of our development pipeline.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
Assist in preparing project documentation, schedules, and budgets
Serve as a point of contact between teams, vendors, and clients
Track progress and provide status updates to project managers
Ensure compliance with company procedures and industry regulations
Maintain project files and documentation for internal records
Support problem-solving by identifying risks and communicating potential issues early
Attend meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Construction Management, or related field
1-3 years of experience in project coordination or administration (real estate or construction industry preferred)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
