We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Customer Service Assistant to join our dynamic team. You will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, assisting with inquiries, resolving basic issues, and ensuring a positive client experience.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries in a professional and timely manner

  • Provide accurate information regarding our services, properties, and procedures

  • Maintain updated records of client interactions and transactions

  • Assist in scheduling appointments and property viewings

  • Support senior customer service representatives and other departments as needed

  • Identify client needs and ensure follow-up to guarantee satisfaction

  • Help maintain a clean and organized customer service environment

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset

  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team

  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software (MS Office, etc.)

  • Ability to manage time and multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
