Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Promotions Assistant to join our growing team in Cleveland, OH. In this role, you will assist in the execution of marketing promotions, events, and campaigns designed to increase brand visibility and customer engagement. You will collaborate with the marketing and communications departments to ensure all promotions run smoothly and align with company objectives.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of promotional campaigns and events

• Coordinate logistics for promotional activities, including setup and takedown

• Assist in creating promotional materials and campaign documentation

• Track performance metrics and provide feedback for future improvements

• Maintain inventory of promotional supplies and materials

• Work closely with team members to meet campaign timelines and goals

• Provide on-site support during events, ensuring everything runs according to plan

• Communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and internal teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred

• 1-2 years of experience in a promotional, marketing, or event support role
