We are seeking a Leadership Development Trainee to join our team in Cleveland, OH. This is a dynamic, hands-on position designed for individuals who aspire to become future leaders within the organization. As a trainee, you will rotate through various departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of our business operations, leadership strategies, and organizational culture.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in cross-functional training across sales, operations, customer service, and project coordination

  • Collaborate with department heads to learn leadership techniques and business decision-making processes

  • Analyze operational data and contribute to process improvement strategies

  • Assist with team coordination, client relations, and quality assurance initiatives

  • Shadow executives and attend internal meetings to observe strategic planning in action

  • Present progress reports and lead small group projects throughout the training period
