We are seeking a motivated Promotional Marketing Specialist to join our Atlanta-based team. In this role, you will develop and execute promotional campaigns designed to enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and support client growth goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between messaging, design, and strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement promotional marketing campaigns across various channels

  • Analyze market trends to identify promotional opportunities

  • Coordinate with creative and sales teams to develop campaign materials

  • Monitor and report on campaign performance and effectiveness

  • Manage project timelines and budgets

  • Represent client brands at promotional events and product activations

  • Ensure consistency in brand voice and message across all promotional efforts

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in promotional marketing, brand activation, or related area

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail

  • Experience with campaign tracking tools is a plus
