We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Customer Account Representative to join our team. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction, and managing account performance. Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts

  • Understand client goals and deliver tailored solutions

  • Maintain and update customer records and account information

  • Resolve client concerns and inquiries efficiently and professionally

  • Monitor account performance and prepare regular status reports

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client needs are met

  • Identify upsell opportunities and support business development

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred)

  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, account management, or a related role

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
