We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide top-tier administrative support to our executive leadership. The ideal candidate will handle sensitive information with discretion, manage daily schedules, and act as a critical liaison between internal departments and external partners.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with high attention to detail

  • Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items

  • Screen and prioritize communications (calls, emails, documents)

  • Maintain confidential files and records with accuracy and care

  • Conduct research and assist in strategic planning and project management

  • Support executive-level decision-making with timely information and logistics

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities

  • High level of discretion and professionalism

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and environments

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
