We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide top-tier administrative support to our executive leadership. The ideal candidate will handle sensitive information with discretion, manage daily schedules, and act as a critical liaison between internal departments and external partners.
Responsibilities
Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with high attention to detail
Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
Screen and prioritize communications (calls, emails, documents)
Maintain confidential files and records with accuracy and care
Conduct research and assist in strategic planning and project management
Support executive-level decision-making with timely information and logistics
Qualifications
Qualifications
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
High level of discretion and professionalism
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and environments
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
