Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Communications Representative to join our growing team in Columbus, OH. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring consistent and effective messaging across internal and external communication channels. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, strategic thinker, and highly organized professional who thrives in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and distribute internal memos and announcements

• Assist in the development of external communications such as press releases, newsletters, and reports

• Coordinate with departments to ensure message alignment and clarity

• Monitor and respond to inquiries via email and other communication platforms

• Support crisis communication plans and procedures

• Assist in the preparation of presentations and company-wide updates

• Maintain and update communication guidelines and documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field

• 1–3 years of experience in a communications or administrative role

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities

• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
