Job Description:

The Retail Marketing Specialist will support the planning and execution of in-store promotions, retail events, and customer engagement initiatives for our clients. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in fast-paced retail environments and are looking to grow within marketing and promotions without focusing on digital channels.

Salary Range: $21.50 - $29.00 per hour, based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute in-store promotional campaigns and product demonstrations

• Represent client brands in retail environments with professionalism and energy

• Engage with customers, answer questions, and communicate key product features

• Coordinate retail event logistics, including setup, inventory, and display organization

• Distribute promotional materials and samples as part of campaigns

• Track participation data, customer feedback, and product performance during activations

• Report campaign outcomes to the Account Management team

• Collaborate with team members to develop effective in-store messaging and promotions

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework in marketing, business, or communications a plus

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable working in busy retail settings and standing for extended periods

• Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain organized displays and event areas
