Job Title: Entry-Level Sales Representative

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Job Description:

As an Entry-Level Sales Representative, you will support client acquisition and retention by representing brands at promotional events, conducting in-person outreach, and ensuring customers have a positive experience with the brands we serve. 

Salary Range: $42,000 – $48,000 annually, based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent client brands at events, pop-ups, and direct outreach opportunities across Los Angeles

  • Engage with potential customers to explain products/services clearly and professionally

  • Answer customer questions, handle objections, and provide product demonstrations when applicable

  • Assist in event and promotional setup to ensure effective brand presentation

  • Track and report customer interactions and sales activities daily

  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals

  • Collaborate with the team to develop effective pitches and improve campaign strategies

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree a plus

  • Previous customer service, retail, or hospitality experience preferred but not required

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Comfortable speaking with customers in-person in a variety of settings

  • Goal-oriented mindset and willingness to learn sales techniques

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
