We are currently seeking a Marketing Associate to support our growing client base and internal marketing initiatives. This role involves assisting with the development and implementation of marketing strategies, managing project timelines, and collaborating across departments to drive results. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and eager to grow in a fast-paced professional setting.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns and materials

  • Conduct market research and compile insights for strategic planning

  • Coordinate with design, sales, and operations teams to support campaigns

  • Monitor campaign performance and generate reports on key metrics

  • Support content creation for internal and external communication (non-social)

  • Help manage marketing schedules, events, and promotional initiatives

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of marketing activities

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in a marketing or administrative support role

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools is a plus
