We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Cincinnati, OH. In this role, you will manage client relationships, identify sales opportunities, and provide printing solutions that meet customer needs. Your goal will be to grow our client base while maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of business accounts

  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate print/document solutions

  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

  • Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and contracts

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

  • Collaborate with the production and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or account management (2+ years preferred)

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems

  • Ability to work independently and within a team
