We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Event Coordinator to join our team in Cincinnati, OH. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of corporate and promotional events. You will work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure every detail is executed flawlessly and on time.
Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate all aspects of events from conception to execution
Liaise with clients to determine event objectives and requirements
Manage event timelines, budgets, and logistics
Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers
Conduct site visits and manage on-site event setup and breakdown
Ensure all events meet quality, safety, and branding standards
Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders
Provide post-event analysis and reports
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field
1–3 years of experience in event coordination or related roles
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Willingness to work flexible hours when events require
