We are seeking a motivated and professional Client Relationship Representative to join our team in New Orleans, LA. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded. Responsibilities:
Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams
Understand client goals and align them with appropriate solutions
Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Ensure timely and successful delivery of services according to client objectives
Resolve client issues and concerns promptly and professionally
Identify opportunities to grow accounts through upselling or cross-selling
Provide regular updates and performance reports to clients and leadership
Coordinate with various departments to fulfill client requirements
Qualifications

Proven experience in customer relations, account management, or client services
