We are seeking a motivated and professional Client Relationship Representative to join our team in New Orleans, LA. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded. Your ability to communicate effectively, manage relationships, and provide outstanding service will be key to your success.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams

  • Understand client goals and align them with appropriate solutions

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of services according to client objectives

  • Resolve client issues and concerns promptly and professionally

  • Identify opportunities to grow accounts through upselling or cross-selling

  • Provide regular updates and performance reports to clients and leadership

  • Coordinate with various departments to fulfill client requirements

 

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field

  • Proven experience in customer relations, account management, or client services

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines simultaneously

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
