Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Account Representative to join our growing team in Madison, WI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and assisting customers with their account-related needs. This is a key role that requires strong communication, organizational skills, and a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain customer accounts with professionalism and accuracy

Qualifications
