Job Description

Reboot Staff is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to join our team in Madison, WI. In this role, you will support daily warehouse operations including receiving, organizing, and shipping inventory. The ideal candidate is physically capable, punctual, and thrives in a team-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials from delivery trucks

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks (if certified)

• Follow safety protocols and report any issues to supervisors

• Assist with inventory counts and audits

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods

• Basic math and reading skills

• Strong attention to detail and time management

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment

• Forklift certification is a plus but not required
