Job Description

Nexmos Design is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to support our administrative and design teams by accurately entering, updating, and maintaining essential data. This role is key to ensuring the integrity and accessibility of information across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Accurately input and update data into internal databases and systems

• Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness

• Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems

• Organize and prepare source data for computer entry

• Generate reports and extract data upon request

• Work closely with other departments to ensure data consistency and reliability

• Handle confidential information with discretion

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred

• Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar role

• Excellent typing speed and accuracy

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word)

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Familiarity with database management systems is a plus
