We are looking for a detail-oriented and driven Junior Account Representative to join our growing team in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will assist with managing client relationships, coordinating campaign activities, and supporting our account management team. Responsibilities

  • Assist senior account managers with daily client communications and project coordination

  • Track and organize campaign timelines, deliverables, and client expectations

  • Conduct market and competitor research to support client strategies

  • Prepare presentations, proposals, and internal reports

  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and clarify feedback

  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, strategy, analytics) to meet client objectives

  • Attend client meetings and take detailed notes for action planning

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

  • 0–2 years of experience in account management, client services, or a related role

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to multitask, adapt quickly, and work under deadlines

  • High attention to detail and a collaborative attitude
