Job Description

We are seeking a Communications Representative to join our expanding team. This role will be responsible for supporting and executing internal and external communications strategies, ensuring consistent messaging, and fostering strong relationships with partners, clients, and team members. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented communicator with a passion for clarity, storytelling, and brand voice.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver internal communications to align staff with organizational goals

• Draft, edit, and proofread company communications, press materials, and presentations

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency in messaging

• Assist in organizing company meetings, events, and public appearances

• Monitor and respond to inquiries from stakeholders, partners, and vendors

• Maintain and update communication documents, reports, and content calendars

• Support crisis communication efforts and policy compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field

• 1–3 years of experience in a communications or related role

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines

• Familiarity with business communications tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
