We are currently seeking a Client Account Representative to join our growing team in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will serve as the main point of contact for our clients, ensuring their satisfaction while identifying opportunities to expand and optimize their services. This is a client-facing role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams

  • Manage client accounts and ensure service satisfaction and retention

  • Identify client needs and propose tailored solutions

  • Maintain regular communication and build long-term client relationships

  • Prepare and present performance reports and updates

  • Assist in onboarding new clients and providing product training when needed

  • Address and resolve client concerns in a timely and professional manner

  • Collaborate with internal departments to improve client experience

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred

  • 1-3 years of experience in account management or customer relations

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude

  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
