We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations at our Washington, DC office. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
Provide general administrative and clerical support to executives and departments
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organize travel arrangements
Prepare reports, presentations, and internal communications
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
Maintain filing systems and update company databases
Assist with office supply inventory and procurement
Coordinate internal meetings and events
Ensure a smooth day-to-day office workflow
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
Proven experience in an administrative or office assistant role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently
Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility
