Captura Hall is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Leadership Development Associate to join our dynamic team in Washington, DC. This role plays a critical part in designing, supporting, and executing leadership training programs and development initiatives. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with senior consultants, project managers, and client partners to ensure the successful delivery of high-impact leadership solutions.
Responsibilities
Assist in the design and implementation of leadership development programs and workshops
Conduct research and analysis to support strategic initiatives
Monitor and evaluate training outcomes to ensure continuous improvement
Collaborate with internal teams to align content with client goals and learning objectives
Support communication and coordination between stakeholders and project participants
Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and client use
Contribute to thought leadership through content development and trend analysis
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
1–3 years of experience in professional development, consulting, or organizational training
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
Analytical mindset and attention to detail
