Captura Hall is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Communications Coordinator to join our growing team in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will support the execution of internal and external communication strategies, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand voice across all platforms. You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to develop content, coordinate campaigns, and maintain communication workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of communication plans and campaigns.

  • Draft, edit, and proofread press releases, reports, newsletters, and official correspondence.

  • Coordinate internal communications to ensure timely and accurate dissemination of information.

  • Maintain company documentation and ensure messaging consistency across all departments.

  • Support the planning and execution of corporate events and presentations.

  • Monitor and track media coverage and compile communication performance reports.

  • Collaborate with design and editorial teams to produce high-quality content.

  • Ensure compliance with company branding guidelines in all communications.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.

  • 1-3 years of experience in a communications or coordination role.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Familiarity with content editing tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat).

  • High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
