Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Junior Account Representative to support our client service team in managing accounts, building client relationships, and ensuring consistent service delivery. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals who are eager to grow their careers in account management and client relations.

Responsibilities

• Assist Account Managers in day-to-day client communications and support

• Maintain accurate records of client accounts and deliverables

• Prepare client reports, presentations, and status updates

• Resolve client inquiries in a timely and professional manner

• Track account performance and help identify opportunities for upselling

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless project execution

• Support client onboarding processes and maintain strong client engagement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field

• 0–2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or account support

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in a team setting
