We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Marketing Assistant to join our team. This role will support the marketing department in executing campaigns, conducting market research, and maintaining internal communications. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and eager to grow within a dynamic marketing environment.
Responsibilities
Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns
Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and customer needs
Coordinate and prepare marketing materials and presentations
Track campaign performance and prepare reports for leadership
Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and external partners
Maintain updated records of marketing metrics and databases
Assist in the planning and coordination of promotional events
Support the team with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
Qualifications
Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
1+ years of experience in a marketing or administrative support role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
