We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Specialist to join our growing team in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and providing tailored solutions to meet our customers’ needs. You will play a key role in promoting Beloform’s products and ensuring a smooth sales process from initial contact to post-sale follow-up.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and offer appropriate solutions

  • Present and demonstrate products, services, and solutions effectively

  • Prepare and deliver professional sales proposals and presentations

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities

  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, operations, customer service) to ensure client satisfaction

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

  • Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitors

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in design, construction, or interior solutions

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively with diverse clients

  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
