Signal Tru Brand is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team in Toledo, OH. This role is ideal for someone who excels at planning, executing, and managing a variety of corporate and promotional events. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in enhancing our clients' presence through memorable event experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate events from conception through completion

  • Work closely with clients to understand event goals and expectations

  • Source venues, vendors, and service providers

  • Manage budgets, timelines, and event logistics

  • Supervise on-site operations and troubleshoot issues as they arise

  • Coordinate post-event evaluations and reporting

  • Ensure all events align with brand identity and messaging

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

  • Ability to manage budgets and meet deadlines

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and event management software

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
