We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our client services team. The ideal candidate will act as the first point of contact for customers, providing timely and effective assistance while maintaining a high standard of professionalism. You will play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction, resolving issues, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person

  • Provide clear and accurate information about company services and procedures

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns efficiently

  • Document interactions and follow up on open cases

  • Collaborate with internal departments to escalate and resolve issues

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times

  • Identify opportunities for service improvement based on customer feedback

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)

  • Proven experience in customer support or a similar role

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

  • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally

  • Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
