We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Events Assistant to join our team. This role involves supporting our event coordination team in executing outstanding design-centric corporate and private events. From concept to execution, you’ll play a key part in delivering seamless, high-quality experiences for our clients.
Responsibilities
Assist in the planning, organization, and execution of events
Coordinate logistics such as venue setup, vendor management, and timelines
Support the events team with administrative tasks and client communication
Ensure all events reflect Nexmos Design’s brand and creative standards
Maintain accurate event documentation and follow-up reports
Troubleshoot on-site issues and provide solutions in real time
Collaborate with designers and logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field
Minimum 1 year of experience in event coordination or a similar role
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and be on your feet during events
